BHK
Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen. The standard Indian way to describe a flat's layout: a 2 BHK has two bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen.
Also called: 1 BHK, 2 BHK, 3 BHK
BHK stands for Bedroom, Hall and Kitchen. A 2 BHK has two bedrooms, one hall (living and dining) and one kitchen. Developers also use 1 RK (one room and kitchen), 2.5 BHK (a small study or third room) and 3 BHK + servant room.
BHK is the first filter almost every buyer uses. Capture it as a structured field on every lead, alongside budget and preferred location. Matching a lead's BHK and budget to available units is the fastest way to decide whether a site visit is worth scheduling.
TipRecord a range when the buyer is undecided, for example 2 or 3 BHK. Many buyers stretch to a larger configuration if the price gap and payment plan work.
