Notes
- No separate concession for women buyers.
- Lower slab rates (2% up to ₹20 lakh, 3% from ₹20–45 lakh) are quoted by several sources; check eligibility with the sub-registrar before applying them.
- Duty is charged on the higher of the sale price and the guidance value.
- Registration fee was doubled from 1% to 2% for documents registered from 31 August 2025 (notification dated 29 August 2025).
