Society formation

Section 11(4)(e) of the RERA Act requires the promoter to enable the formation of an association, society or co-operative society of allottees within three months of a majority of allottees having booked, unless local law provides otherwise.

Formation needs member lists, unit numbers, areas and contact details. A clean customer database makes this a simple export rather than a month of reconciliation.
